1. How long until my order is shipped?

Please view our Shipping & Returns policy here. Orders are shipped out on a rolling basis as they're ready and you will receive a notification via e-mail when it's on the way!

2. The candle I want is out of stock. When will it restock?

No worries - there will be plenty more (unless listed as a limited edition, or it's the end of a season). I'll be restocking on a consistent basis - as they're made and available. Each item has a restock notification signup. Alternatively, sign up to the email list for general store updates and announcements.

3. How long will shipping take?

All candle orders ship via USPS Priority and should normally arrive in 2-3 business days for domestic orders.

You will receive an e-mail with tracking number once your order label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating

5. What's your policy on returns / refunds?

Please view our Shipping & Returns policy here. At Modern Day Hippie each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the quality you deserve.

6. I'm interested in bulk / wholesale / collaboration.

Please contact us for bulk orders or to inquire about a collaboration / wholesale / private label.
